We’re always looking for a few good people to join us.

You must be:

• Enthusiastic about bikes and biking and excited to share that love with others.

• Friendly. You don’t have to be perky or bubbly, but genuine warmth is an important part of what we do.

• Easy to work with. We’re a small shop. Our team is small, our space is small. 

It’s okay if:

• You don’t have a lot of or any bike shop experience. Some positions require it, but we’re happy to train the right person for an entry-level sales or service position. 

• You don’t own an expensive bike or Lycra shorts. We welcome and serve cyclists of all levels and riding styles. However you ride, you’ll make an important contribution to our shop and our customers. 

You can’t be:

• A bike snob. You might have specific taste in bikes and your heart may race a little at the sight of carbon fiber, but you appreciate and understand the role that bikes of all styles and price-points play in the cycling community.
